Rules for purchasing and using eSimaxi MAXI eSIM plans.

1. Scope
These terms govern access to eSimaxi, purchases of eSIM plans and use of installation, usage and support features. By buying a plan you agree to the terms shown at checkout.
2. Service
eSimaxi is a sales/provisioning platform for eSIM connectivity delivered through telecom partners. Coverage, networks, speed, 5G, tethering, APN, validity and available features vary by plan. Only the characteristics shown for the purchased offer are binding.
3. Compatibility
You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked and works with the destination networks. Device or home-carrier restrictions may prevent installation or use.
4. Price and order
Price, currency, data allowance and validity are shown before payment. Applicable taxes may depend on the place of sale and will be included or added through checkout. An order is paid only after payment processor confirmation.
5. Delivery and activation
After payment confirmation, eSimaxi asks the supplier to provision the profile and provides the QR/activation code when ready. You must keep those credentials secret. Validity starts according to the plan rule: installation, first network connection or another supplier-defined event.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity, to bypass technical restrictions, resell without authorization or disrupt networks. Partner network fair-use policies and limitations remain applicable.
7. Coverage and performance
Network names and coverage are indicative when several partners are available. Actual service depends on location, device, congestion, spectrum and visited operator. eSimaxi does not guarantee uninterrupted speed or availability of every listed network at all times.
8. Cancellations and refunds
For cancellation or refund requests, contact support@esimaxi.com with your order number and a description of the situation. Each request is reviewed individually, taking into account the order status, eSIM installation or activation, usage and supplier conditions. Mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, eSimaxi is not liable for outages caused by third-party operators, incompatible devices, incorrect configuration, lack of coverage or events outside its control. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The eSimaxi name, interface, proprietary text, software and graphics are protected under applicable rights. Carrier and partner trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Service changes
We may change the catalogue, suppliers, interface and these terms. Changes will not retroactively alter essential characteristics of a paid order except where legally required or operationally necessary to deliver the service.
